Portobello Tree ~ Textured Paper Print

€170

The English Plane - Portobello, Dublin.

The English plane tree accounts for over half of London city's tree population. It is planted as a street tree across many large cities as it copes well with pollution and crowded soils. With such a significant presence, it is easy to overlook just what a distinctive and beautiful tree this is.

Martina was enthralled by the trees on a stroll around Dublin one day and added it to her collection titled 'Summer Walks'. The large strong solitary tree is striking in the image which has been screen-printed by hand in two colours onto textured, handmade paper.
